U.S. Steel Expands Environmental Data Offerings

United States Steel Corp. is taking another step toward delineating more precise environmental data about some of its products.

The Pittsburgh-based U.S. Steel (NYSE: X) said Thursday that it was offering environmental product declarations for hot-rolled, cold-rolled and corrosion-resistant flat-rolled products that were made at its Big River Steel Works in Arkansas. The disclosures provide emissions and lifecycle information about these products, providing customers a look at their sustainability.
